Here's how it works:

  • Fill out our event space application.
  • We'll review your form, check if the date(s) you requested are available, & get back to you ASAP.
  • A 50%  non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining 50% of your rental fee is due one week before your event date.
  • Our staff will be with you from start to finish & are totally committed to seeing your event become a powerful & captivating success!
 

FAQ

  • Do you all provide chairs & tables if we need them?
    • Absolutely! Our space is actually equipped with multiple tables, some of which can be rolled out of the way to open more floor space. We also have & infinite supply of comfortable, black cushioned event chairs!

 

  • Is alcohol allowed?
    • Of course! We love a good adult beverage! But be warned: You will be held responsible for any underage consumption of alcohol on our property. Such is obviously illegal. Just be wise.

 

  • What is the facilities max capacity? How many guests is too many?
    • No more than 90 guests are permitted at one time in sealed event space area of The Hub. If you are using our putt-putt & bocce ball space in the back, then this number can be raised significantly.
